You and I


Morning fog
The cry of seagulls
Crashing waves
You and I
Walk down the beach together
And talk of nothing.

    Appreciate that your poem prompts more than one interpretation. From the action of the imagery, it's possible the talk of nothing may not be comforting chatter. Great poem.
